Shipping Policy

  • We use third party carriers and brokers for shipping of your products. You may visit the concerned carrier’s website for details about their shipping policy.
  • Shipping prices vary depending upon the destination of your items. At the checkout, you will get the exact shipping price of your product.
  • We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for shipping services of your items.
  • International Shipping is also available, however, to pay the import duty, custom duty, Fees or any other taxes applicable by the concerned province or local authority on your items is the sole responsibility of yours.
  • We work with reputable brokers and shipping carriers for the delivery of your items. However, we do not have any control over additional charges, taxes or sometimes delay in receiving your item in anyways.
  • You may track your items through our tracking system which is working through a third party application for the estimated time frame of delivery.
  • Express shipping may be possible for which the shipping carriers have different prices for shipping of your items.
  • We ship to both personal and commercial addresses but may not be possible on P.O Box addresses. We recommend you providing updated cell number at the time of checkout for better communication between you and the shipping carrier.    
  • Estimated delivery of your item will be available at the time of checkout from our website / Store.
  • During sale days delivery time may vary depending upon the number of orders.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order due to history of refusing or cancelling your orders in the past. In most of cases if someone has refused to twice in past, we will not send new orders.
  • There are no shipping refunds or compensations available in any case and under any circumstances whatsoever the reason may be.
  • We take the best possible measures in packaging but since some of the products are very delicate and/or heavy so in case if something is damaged by shipping company during the transit, you need to contact us in three days from the date of receiving the order. You need to contact us through email mentioned below before sending the damage items. We will require 7-10 business days to settle these claims.
